We recognize that ordering used books on the Web, sight unseen, requires trust. By enforcing strict quality guidelines, we can guarantee that every book we sell, new or used, is a good ready copy. If you are not satisfied, simply return the book in its original condition within two weeks of receipt, and we'll credit your account for the full amount of the title (or other merchandise, aside from the exceptions below).
Please note that new books containing software, CDs, DVDs, Cassettes, or other electronic media that have been opened are not returnable.
